<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform electronic delivery of a document necessary for a contract. <P>SOLUTION: When it is decided that the contract can be concluded as the result of examination, a card to be used in an automatic cash dispenser is issued from an automatic contract machine 30, and login is performed by use of card information of the issued card when a customer accesses a Web site by use of a mail-transmitting/receiving terminal. When the customer logs into the Web site, a mail address is acquired.
