<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a useful polyester film excellent in transparency, visibility such as clearness, flaw prevention, working efficiency, and productivity when used as a base film for a transparent conductive film of a touch panel display member. <P>SOLUTION: The polyester film includes a charge preventive layer containing a quaternary ammonium salt formed on at least one surface of a laminated film constituted of at least three or more polyester layers containing particles in both outermost layers, and internal haze is 0.6% or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
