PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel having a full time manual mechanism that is easily assembled while the strength of the lens barrel is ensured without making a large cut for assembly into a part of the lens barrel, unlike in an annular rotating member, even in a design in which a key-like shape of a rotating member projects toward the inside of the lens barrel. SOLUTION: The rotating member which is the constituent element of the full time manual mechanism is formed from at least one pair of independent members 3 into which an annular shape is divided. This improves the ease of assembling. Dividing the annular rotating member into smaller parts causes separation of many spherical rotating bodies 4 from the lens barrel.
