<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent operation stop of an information processor or delay the time up to the operation stop of the information device, even if the possibility of the temperature of a semiconductor device rising according to the using state of the information processor occurs. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor includes: an information processing circuit 20 including a microprocessor 21; a cooling fan 33 for cooling the information processing circuit 20; temperature sensors 31(1)-31(7) for detecting temperature of the information processing circuit 20; a fan control part 32 for controlling the rotating speed of the cooling fan 33 based on the detection temperature of the temperature sensors 31(1)-31(7); an air velocity sensor 35 for detecting velocity of an air flow by the cooling fan 33; and an abnormality detection part 34 for detecting abnormality of the air flow based on the rotating speed of the cooling fan 33 and the detection speed of the air velocity sensor 35.
