A portable analytical instrument (A1) includes an opening forming unit for forming an opening (3) to which a sampling tool (6) of a specimen is to be inserted, and an analysis processing unit capable of performing analysis processing of the specimen after the sampling tool (6) is inserted into the opening (3), wherein the opening forming unit includes a first member (1) having a first area (R1) corresponding to a part of an inner surface of the opening (3), and a second member having a second area (R2) corresponding to another part of the inner surface of the opening (3).The first and second members (1), (2) are capable of performing relative displacement while both members are coupled to each other, and at least one of the first and second areas (R1), (R2) may be exposed to the outside by performing the relative displacement so as to be easily cleanable.
