SCREENING METHOD OF MATERIALS TREATING CEREBRAL INFARCTION BY COMPUTING VOLUME OF INFARCTION AREA

PURPOSE: A screening method of materials treating cerebral infarction by computing a volume of an infarction area are provided to calculate a volume of a cerebral infarction area simply and quickly if predetermined data is only input a volume calculation program of the cerebral infarction area. CONSTITUTION: A screening method of materials treating cerebral infarction comprises the following steps. Cerebral piece images obtained from a cerebral apoplexy animal model dyed by a dye material prepare the first image of a pixel unit(S110). The second image removing a background part except the cerebral piece images is prepared through RGB value comparison shown in the first image(S120). A central line of a cerebral piece which divides a half brain with cerebral infarction and a normal half brain according to whether an edema exists is determined(S130). An average RGB value of the second images is calculated. An area in which an RGB value is larger than a preset cerebral infarction image strength is determined as a cerebral infarction area(S140). Thickness of a cerebral piece is multiplied by an area of the cerebral infarction. A volume of the first cerebral infarction area t is calculated(S150).
