<p>The present invention relates to ophthalmic compositions comprising a pH between about 6 and about 8 and about 50 to about 1000 ppm hydrogen peroxide, about 100 ppm to about 2000 ppm of at least one chlorite compound and about 20 to 100 ppm of at least one saturated, polymeric quaternium salt. The ophthalmic compositions of the present invention display improved antifungal efficacy against fusarium solani.</p>
