The invention relates to a hairspring (51' ") that comprises a spiral-spring (53' ") coaxially mounted on a collet (55'"), wherein the latter are made in a same layer (21) of a silicon-based material. According to the invention, the collet (55' ") includes a portion (19) defining an extension protruding from the spiral-spring (53' "), and made in a second layer (5) of the silicon-based material so as to adapt the spacing of the hairspring (51' ") with another member. The invention also relates to a timepiece including such a hairspring, and to a related manufacture method. The invention pertains to the field of clock movements.
