PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display substrate and a method of fabricating the same are provided to save the fabrication cost by reducing the number of masks while including a color filter. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor display substrate includes a base substrate, a color filter(120), a gate line(GL), a data line(DL), a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode(160). The base substrate defines a pixel region(PA) including a switching region, a first wiring region(LA1) adjacent to the pixel region, and a second wiring region(LA2) crossing the first wiring region and adjacent to the pixel region. The color filter is formed at the second wiring region, and the gate line is formed on the first wiring region and is patterned by the color filter. |
