PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition plate for a dust collector and a dust collector which have high strength, corrosion resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: A carbon fiber-reinforced composite material is used for the partition plate 25 for the dust collector. The dust collector 300 is a dust collector for removing dust contained a dust-containing gas, and includes a dust collecting chamber 23 into which the dust-containing gas is introduced, cylindrical filters 36a, 36b, 36c filtering the dust in the dust-containing gas, a cleaning chamber 22 which is arranged adjacently to the chamber 23 and into which cleaned air filtered by the cylindrical filters 36a, 36b, 36c is introduced, a hopper 24 connected to the dust collecting chamber 23 in the opposite side of the cleaning chamber 22 side of the dust collecting chamber 23, and the partition plate 25 made of the carbon fiber-reinforced composite material and partitioning the cleaning chamber 22 and the dust collecting chamber 23.
