<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind power turbine tower composed by forming at least one connection part by induction heat brazing between wind power turbine sections for facilitating handling. <P>SOLUTION: The wind power turbine tower 120 has: a first tower section 240; a second tower section 260; and an induction heat-brazed joint capable of coupling the first tower section and the second tower section to each other. The wind power turbine tower 120 may be about 80-160 meters high, and at least about 3 meters in diameter. The induction heat-brazed joint may comprise brazing filler metal selected out of a group comprising aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, zinc-plated steel, and combination of these. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
