摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a nucleic acid having a target nucleotide sequence by combining a PCR method and a hybridization method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting the nucleic acid having the target nucleotide sequence includes using a nucleic acid amplified by the PCR as a template, forming a complex of a single-stranded nucleic acid with the probe by using the probe satisfying the following (I)-(III), irradiating the product with light, and detecting the linked probe: (I) being a probe having the upstream-side probe hybridizable with a nucleic acid having an upstream-side target nucleotide, and the downstream-side probe hybridizable with a nucleic acid having a downstream-side target nucleotide sequence, when the target nucleotide sequence is divided to the upstream-side target nucleotide sequence and the downstream-side target nucleotide sequence; (II) the 3' termini of the upstream-side probe and the downstream-side probe are modified with a PCR-inhibiting material; and (III) the 5' terminus of the upstream-side probe and/or the 3' terminus of the downstream-side probe is modified with a photoresponsive material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
