PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an image forming apparatus that stores information associated with a woven pattern image which is not reflected on a print result when there are a plurality of woven pattern images; an information processing apparatus; an image formation system, image forming program; and an image forming apparatus control program.

SOLUTION: Woven pattern information A is determined as applied woven pattern information, and a woven pattern information B and woven pattern information C are determined as discarded woven pattern information, so the image forming apparatus forms a print image to which a woven pattern image A generated from the woven pattern information A is added, and stores in a print log storage device: the woven pattern information A as the applied woven pattern information and the woven pattern information B; and woven pattern information C as the discarded woven pattern information.
