<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent or reduce the flicker of a lamp caused by a voltage change when switching between a four-wheel-drive mode for driving electric motor-driven wheels with a generated power from a power generator to turn on a lamp with a battery power and a two-wheel drive mode for charging the battery with the generated power from the power generator without driving the electric motor-driven wheels to turn on the lamp, in a motor-driven four-wheel-drive vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation voltage of a power generator 19 is gradually approximated to a battery voltage 12V in advance when the driving of electric motor-driven wheels 14R and 14L is started.
