<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna element which is small-sized, has high gain, can achieve wideband performance, and can correspond to multiband. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna element includes: a first conductor plate having an approximately rectangular shape; a second conductor plate having an approximately rectangular shape, sharing one side in the width direction of the first conductor plate and arranged approximately rectangularly to the first conductor plate; a third conductor plate having an approximately rectangular shape, sharing the other one side in the width direction of the second conductor plate, which is opposed to one side shared with the first conductor plate, and arranged approximately rectangularly to the second conductor plate so as to face the first conductor plate; a fourth conductor plate sharing one-sides of the first, second and third conductor plates; a sixth conductor plate extended from one side of the fourth conductor plate, which is not shared with the one-sides of the first, second and third conductor plates, and arranged approximately rectangularly to the fourth conductor plate; slits respectively formed between the sixth conductor plate and the first conductor plate and between the sixth conductor plate and the third conductor plate; a short circuit pin for connecting a ground plate to the first conductor plate or the second conductor plate; and a feed pin connected to the first conductor plate or the second conductor plate adjacently to the short circuit pin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
