<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropump including a tube unit and a control unit which are detachable. <P>SOLUTION: This micropump 10 is a peristaltic drive system micropump transporting a liquid by pressing a tube 50 having elasticity, and includes: a tube unit 11 including the tube 50, fingers 40-46 pressing the tube 50, and a guide frame 14 holding the tube 50 and the fingers 40-46; and a control unit 12 including a cam 20 sequentially pressing the fingers 40-46 in a flow direction of the liquid, a drive force transmission mechanism transmitting torque to the cam 20, a motor 70 driving the drive force transmission mechanism, and a control circuit part controlling the motor 70, wherein the tube unit 11 and the control unit 12 are attached stacked on each other, and are detachable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
