<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet type structure whose manufacturing steps are simple and which have superior characteristics as an in-phase reflecting structure suitable for an antenna system, and to provide the antenna system. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet type structure 1 has a periodic structure, comprising unit structures 5 arranged repeatedly in an X direction and a Y direction, and the unit structures 5 each includes a ground layer 10, a top layer 30, a dielectric layer 40 filling the gap between the top layer 30 and ground layer 10, and a floating capacitor layer 50, comprising a prescribed number of capacity conductor portions 51 which are held in a floating state in the dielectric layer. Namely, the sheet type structure 1, which is illustrated, has a structure obtained by omitting a via that connects the top layer 30 and ground layer 10 from a sheet type structure of a mushroom-like structure with a floating capacitor layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
