<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable information processor, capable of expediting rewrite processing of firmware or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A control method comprises steps of: determining, when rewrite data which is being received by either one of radio communication function and a wired communication function is received by the other communication function, whether the receiving speed of the first communication function which starts the receiving first is higher than that of the second communication function which starts the receiving later (S203); and continuing the receipt of rewrite data by the fist communication function when the receiving speed of the first communication function is higher, and rewriting a nonvolatile memory with the rewrite data continuously received by the first communication function (S207). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
