<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration actuator, in which a cylindrical vibration-rotating member can be assembled on a rotor which is set incapable of insertion and withdrawal with respect to the rotating member. <P>SOLUTION: The vibration actuator 100 is provided with the rotor 140 rotating around a rotating shaft, the cylindrical vibration-rotating member 120 disposed coaxially with the rotor 140 and having the rotor 140 to be inserted thereinto, and a drive section 130 for vibration-rotating the vibration-rotating member 120.
