PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal separation unit which is miniaturizable and electrically connectable to a sample directly. SOLUTION: An electrical connection member 200 is electrically connected to the sample 100 positioned on a wheel 40, and a coil spring 204 energizes the electrical connection member 200 to the sample 100 side positioned on an inspection position M of the wheel 40. The electrical connection member 200 is equipped with a probe member 230 for electrically connecting to the sample 100 on the inspection position M of the wheel 40, and a board-like member 240 holding the probe member 230, and the board-like member 240 has a held part 250 held to the wheel 40 side, a moving operation part 251 to be pushed down against a force of the coil spring 204 when the sample 100 is moved toward the inspection position M side, and a middle part 252 for fixing the probe member 230 on the middle between the held part 250 and the moving operation part 251.
