PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing apparatus used for performing the adhesion test or evaluation of marine organisms can simply remove air bubbles without increasing cost. SOLUTION: The testing apparatus has a storage tank for storing a liquid, a liquid sending pump for sending the liquid from the storage tank, a production part for producing chlorine in the liquid, a defoaming part for removing air bubbles, an observation cell can seal the marine organisms, and a removing part for removing chlorine from the liquid passing through the observation cell. The storage tank stores the liquid from which chlorine is removed in the removing part and the defoaming part has branched pipes composed of one inlet and two outlets and one of the branched pipes has a branched pipe and the bag-like elastomer connected to the branched pipe. The inlet of the branched pipe and the outlet on one side of the branched pipe are connected to the pipes communicating with the respective parts of the testing apparatus to allow the liquid to flow but the outlet on the other side of the branched pipe is connected to the bag-like elastomer. By this constitution, air bubbles can be removed by guiding air bubbles produced in the liquid to the bag-like elastomer connected to the outlet on the other side of the branched pipe.
