PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic brush which is suitable for applying a powder cosmetic, is stereoscopic at an application part and is made of synthetic fibers. SOLUTION: In the cosmetic brush including brush bristle members made of the synthetic fibers, the application part of the cosmetic brush is composed by roughly uniformly mixing the brush bristle members of left-twisting and the brush bristle members of right-twisting, the brush bristle members have crimps of a wavelength more than 10 mm and not more than 35 mm, and the application part has a bristle density of 0.3 g/cm<SP>3</SP>-0.5 g/cm<SP>3</SP>.
