PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a queue management device connected with a plurality of storage devices via a network, allowing job processing to be smoothly executed, even if some of the storage devices becomes capacity excess, by use of the other storage devices. SOLUTION: This queue management device 11 includes: a monitoring part 114 monitoring the capacity excess of the storage device 14 and a processing stage of a job; a stop part 115 stopping the processing of the job during execution; and an allocation change part 116 changing allocation of the storage device 14 to the other storage device 14, to another job before execution, having the same storage destination as the job when the processing of the job with the storage device 14 decided that it is the capacity excess by the monitoring part 114 as the storage destination is stopped.
