PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a conventional soup-stock pack has a small and flexible opening section, the opening section is opened with both hands to pack material such as dried bonito flakes and leaves of tea into a bag and then the opening section has to be folded to prevent the content from flowing outside, requiring troublesome work to cause inconvenience. SOLUTION: Through-tube sections A(3) are installed at two positions around the opening section (2) of an extraction bag (1), while resilient plate bodies are provided, with one being short in length and bent, with the other being long in length with a bent portion (6) installed. The resilient plate bodies are respectively put through the two through-tube sections A(3) of the extraction bag, while one, being a band (5), having its bent portion folded back from a folding line (7), with a receiving part (8) that receives the bent portion being installed at the end of the short band, thus, by hauling the through-tube sections nearby, the bent portion is put into the receiving part to be kept therein. Thus, the band is allowed to be put into the opening section of the extraction bag so that the fingers are allowed to press the band for firmly keeping the opening section opened wide, thereby enabling the putting into the bag of dried bonito flakes, barley tea, dried small sardines, Shiitake mushroom, sea tangle, and the like. When the fingers are released, the opening section is closed flat so that the materials in the bag do not spill out of the bag while the band is made to be detachable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
