PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor illuminating lamp superior in operability and responsiveness when turning on a light source, and capable of preventing the erroneous turning-off of the light source. SOLUTION: The illuminating lamp has an irradiating part 4 having the light source 2, a touch sensor 50 for detecting the contact and/or the approach of a human body, a switch 5 having a movable operation member (a switch knob 26), and a light source control part 55 electrically connected to the light source, the touch sensor and the switch controlling the turning-on of the light source based on a detection result of the touch sensor and controlling the turning-off of the light source based on the operation state of the movable operation member of the switch.
