PURPOSE: A radiation-curable composition for adhesives is provided to obtain excellent adhesive property in a short time without increased production of moisture for hardening an adhesive even if a cycloolefin-based resin film with low moisture permeability as a protection film is used. CONSTITUTION: A radiation-curable composition for adhesives comprises a compound having an oxetanyl group; an aromatic compound having an oxiranyl group; at least one compound selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic compound containing an oxiranyl group and an alicyclic compound containing an oxiranyl group; a compound containing at least two hydroxyl groups; and a photoacid generator.
