PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing crank shaft for compressor is provided to ensure sufficient abrasion resistance and improve function and reliability of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing crank shaft for a compressor comprises normalizing, quenching and tempering of crank shaft. The crank shaft has eccentric portion. A surface hardening is also performed using steel. The normalizing is performed by heating at 920°C for one hour and cooling. The quenching and tempering is performed by heating at 850°C for one hour. |
