<p>The anchor (16) has a scaffold tube (20) provided with a scaffold tube-longitudinal axis (Ar). A threaded rod (22) is supported at the scaffold tube. A wood winding (26) is provided at an end (24) of the threaded rod for screwing into a dowel i.e. wall dowel. The threaded rod has a hexagonal coupling section (36) that is turned away from the wood winding for coupling with a turning tool. An adjusting unit is designed such that the threaded rod is pivotable relative to the scaffold tube. The length of the threaded rod is greater than the length of the scaffold tube.</p>
