Disclosed is an electric motor rotor structure that allows the electric motor to rotate very efficiently at high speed and, moreover, that allows the uniform and precise stacking of stacked sheet-like magnetic steel plates, and the secure fixing thereof, without the use of a high-rigidity structure having high residual stresses such as a crank pin. Magnetic steel plates (3) are provided with a center hole (15) through which a rotor shaft (5) is inserted, magnet housing holes (16) through which permanent magnets (4) are inserted, and connective fitting portions (10) that are fitted between the adjacently stacked magnetic steel plates (3) to connectively fix the adjacent magnetic steel plates (3). The connective fitting portions (10) comprise a recess (11) premolded in one surface of the magnetic steel plates (3), and a projection (12) that is produced when the recess is molded and that projects from the other surface of said plates (3). The connective fitting portions (10) are formed in the entire magnet pole region constituted by the permanent magnets (4) inserted in the magnet housing holes (16), which is at least the region between the magnet housing holes (16) and the outer circumferential side of the magnetic steel plates (3) in the diameter direction of the rotor (1). Pressing plates (6a, 6b) provided with holes (8) through which the rotor shaft (5) is inserted are provided in the two end portions of the stacked magnetic steel plates (3), and these pressing plates are fixed by way of the rotor shaft (5).
|
