PURPOSE: A sheet stacking device is provided to improve productivity of stacking the sheet by correcting a twist in a sheet exfoliation process and a sheet transfer process. CONSTITUTION: A sheet stacking device includes a press unit(130), a head linear transfer unit(140), and a stack head unit(150). The press unit is installed in a lower part of a plurality of sheet supply units(110,120). A stack mold in which a recognition mark is formed is installed in the press unit. The head linear transfer unit is installed in an upper part of the press unit. A stack head unit includes a head lifting unit, a transfer table, a sheet absorbing head, a plurality of cutters, and a vision unit. The head lifting unit is moved by the head linear transfer unit. The transfer table is installed to ascend and descend by the head lifting unit. The sheet absorbing head is adjusted by the transfer table and absorbs the sheet. The plurality of cutter cut a sheet attached to the transfer film. The vision part recognizes the recognition mark. The stack head unit senses the recognition mark on the sheet and the recognition mark formed in the stack mold of the press unit. The stack head unit arranges and stacks the absorbed sheet based on the recognition mark formed in the stack mold. |
