<p>The invention is a new kitchen oven with bottom-hinged door (P) without a handle, provided with a locking and releasing mechanism (B1, B2, G1, G2), e.g. a push-pull, a push-push or a touch-latch, located on the door (P) and on the body of the oven, and with at least one device for rotating the door (P) open and slow down its movement, suited to make the door (P) open when it is released and to dampen the movement of the door (P) during its total opening move. The locking and releasing mechanism (B1, B2, G1, G2) can be activated via controls located on the outer wall of the door (P) or on the oven's control panel or activated by electric mechanisms operated via a remote control.</p> |
