PURPOSE: A prefabricated panel for fence including a planting space and a construction method using the same are provided to make vegetation of all kinds of plants possible between the connection panels and to secure high reinforcing strength of fence and soundproof wall. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated panel for fence comprises a side panel(10) of square shape and a connection panel(20) of square shape. A pair of top insertion grooves(11) are formed on the top of the side panel and inclined inward. A pair of bottom insertion grooves(13) are formed on the lower part of the side panel and inclined outward. A pair of top fitting grooves(21) are formed vertically on the top of the connection panel. A pair of bottom fitting grooves are formed vertically on the bottom of the connection panel.
