PURPOSE: A meat broiler is provided to maintain the temperature of an inner part of a main body, and to discharge waste products and toxic materials contained in the meat by locating charcoal ignited on the bottom of the surface of the meat. CONSTITUTION: A meat broiler includes a main body, a driving part, a fixing part, a rotating unit, a heating unit, and a deodorizing part. The main body(100) includes a space part inside to cook the meat. The driving part(300) is located on an outer side of the space part, and installed at the main body. The fixing part(200) is installed to a traverse direction in the space part. The rotating unit connects the driving part and an end of the fixing part. The heating part is installed in the space part, and heats the meat. The deodorizing part relives the smell generated in the meat cooking.
