PURPOSE: A tilt device is provided to tilt a heavy body by using a simple and compact structure. CONSTITUTION: A tilt device(100) includes a support unit, a lead screw(404), a tilt cam(406), a holder(600), and a driving unit. The lead screw is combined rotatably in the support unit. The tilt cam is screwed in the lead screw. The tilt cam has a sliding groove inclined about the lead screw. In the holder, a sliding shaft inserted into the sliding groove is formed. The holder is combined tiltedly with the support unit. The driving unit drives the lead screw.
