<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prove that FZD7 is one of receptors functioning on Wnt path in colorectal carcinoma cells having APC or CTNNB1 mutation, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition inhibiting expression of FZD7 against carcinoma highly expressing FZD7. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are siRNA having a complementary sequence transcribed from a DNA sequence satisfying all conditions of a base sequence of 40-60% content of guanine and cytosine, a base sequence in which three or more bases of guanine or cytosine do not continue, a base sequence in which four or more bases of thymidine do not continue and a base sequence having 19-29 bases in specific base sequence, which siRNA has expression inhibiting activity of FZD7 gene, the modified products thereof, and pharmaceutical preparations containing the siRNA. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
