<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-transmissive reflective film free from a print application pattern, not requiring a great capital investment as in metal vapor deposition, applicable easily to a large-sized product, having a low absorbance of visible rays, and optimum as application use for a semi-transmissive type display. <P>SOLUTION: The semi-transmissive reflective film is laminated with a layer containing at least a wire-like metal fine particle having ≥1 μm of major axis and ≥50 nm of minor axis, on at least one face of a synthetic resin base material.
