PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, information processing apparatus and number conversion method and program for radio communication which enable a called side to display a calling-side operational number in the radio communication using a radio number and the operational number. SOLUTION: The radio communication system performs radio communications between a plurality of mobile stations to each of which two station numbers of a radio number and an operational number are given. In the radio communication system, at least one of calling-side and called-side mobile stations includes: a storage means for prestoring number conversion information in which the radio number and the operational number are made to correspond to each other, for each of the plurality of mobile stations; and a number conversion means for performing conversion of an input station number based on the number conversion information.
