PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly provide a relevant keyword by a simple means without referring to any related dictionary, or without using a text mining method. SOLUTION: A document retrieval device is provided with a retrieval execution part; a keyword extraction part; a keyword extraction part; and a keyword presentation part. The retrieval execution part retrieves a document database. The keyword extraction part extracts a keyword contained in a document to be obtained as a retrieval result by the retrieval executing part. The keyword evaluation part uses documents to be obtained as a retrieval result by the retrieval execution part as a first group, and uses documents which do not belong to the first group as a second group, and acquires the number of documents containing a keyword about each keyword extracted by the keyword extraction part by group, and evaluates the keyword, on the basis of the number of documents.
