PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new triprenylphenol compound exhibiting an enhanced action of increasing bonding of plasminogen to a fibrin, and a thrombus dissolution accelerator comprising the same. SOLUTION: The triprenylphenol compound is represented by formula (I) (wherein X is -CHY-C(CH<SB>3</SB>)<SB>2</SB>Z; Y and Z are each -H or -OH, or bonded together to form a single bond; L<SP>1</SP>is a linking group which is a 1-4C alkyl group having a carboxy group; L<SP>2</SP>is a linking group represented by -NH-C(=O)-; and R is a 9-fluorenylalkyloxy group having a 1-3C alkyloxy group).
