An outer part is completely or partially molded in the profile inner part by a profiled tool or a flexible reduction tool, which is pressed or expanded together such that the tool constricts inward and/or lies outside. Circular flanges or embossments are superimposed on the profiled inner part. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for connecting massive hollow shafts e.g. drive shaft and cardan shaft. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method enables transmission of high torques and reception of defined axial forces at a same time, thus defining the connection in a telescopic manner, without bending.
