<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a knowledge management system for solving a problem of a business process in a company or a conglomerate cooperating with one another and sharing and utilizing knowledge included in a mechanism (business form, tools, or the like) for not repeating the same failure, work before the knowledge extraction or publication is blocked, the knowledge becomes stale, and ceases to be utilized. <P>SOLUTION: The knowledge management system has: a case database for accumulating cases, such as business forms or tools, for solving a problem of business process; a knowledge database for accumulating summary information (knowledge) extracted from the case; a case registration means for registering cases to the case database; a case search-output means for searching for a case from the case database to output it; a knowledge registration means for registering the knowledge to the knowledge database; and a knowledge search-output means for searching for and outputting the knowledge from the knowledge database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
