<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver circuit and level conversion circuit which operates with low power consumption and at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: In a driver circuit which varies a voltage level of an output signal, made to correspond to the change in the voltage level of an input signal, when a transistor Q5 is turned on and the voltage level of the output signal is changed, positive feedback operation is performed for boosting an output node N1 of an input-stage circuit 100 that drives the driver circuit. Thus, a voltage between a gate/a source of the transistor Q5 is increased, and an on-resistance thereof is decreased. Furthermore, the change in the voltage level of the output node N1 during the positive feedback operation is also accelerated by bootstrap action in the input-stage circuit 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
