<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a vehicular fuel tank having a simple structure, absorbing the expansion displacement of the fuel tank and enabling the fuel tank to be securely fixed. <P>SOLUTION: A mechanism for mounting the fuel tank 24 on a vehicle 24 has fixing members 50 each positioned at both ends of the fuel tank 24 in an axial direction and fixed to a vehicle body and two pairs of holding members 52 each connected with the fixing members 50 and extending on the cylinder part of the fuel tank 24 to hold the fuel tank 24. When the fuel tank 24 expands and increases its diameter, the holding members 52 bend while sliding on the cylinder part of the fuel tank 24 in a circumferential direction and absorbs the expansion displacement of the fuel tank 24.
