PNEUMATIC TIRE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire and a manufacturing method of the same that improves durability of a splice part of a tire constituent member and uniformity of the tire. SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire is formed such that the splice part 2 of the tire constituent member 1 is coated and melt-fused with a thin film 3 made of a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomeric composition. The manufacturing method includes heating the thin film 3 arranged at the splice part 2 of an inner liner layer 14 and the splice part 2 of a carcass layer 13 on a tire forming drum, and causing the thermoplastic resin or the thermoplastic elastomeric composition which constitutes the thin film 3 to melt by heat.
