<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make short a piezoelectric device which has a piezoelectric vibrator and an electronic component mounted on a base substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device 10 has the piezoelectric component 30 and electronic component 40 mounted on one surface of the base substrate 20 without overlapping with each other in plan view. A recess 322 or cut 31 is formed on a surface of the piezoelectric vibrator 30 to be mounted on a package base 36, a portion of the base substrate 20 is disposed in a region of the recess 322 or cut 31 of the piezoelectric vibrator 30, and a bottom surface of the recess 322 or cut 31 and the base substrate 20 are connected to each other.
