PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit, can obtain a plurality of voltage outputs and attain miniaturization, weight reduction and cost reduction, and to provide a power supply system that uses the unit. SOLUTION: The power supply unit PS includes a voltage stabilization means 200 for converting power supplied from an energy supply means BatHV into a stabilized DC voltage and outputting it; and a multiple-voltage DC/DC power conversion circuit 100 for converting the power into a plurality of voltages by substantially n-fold and/or by substantially 1/n times (n is an integer), by using the output voltage from the voltage stabilization means 200 as a reference and outputting the voltages.
