PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output control device that prevents noise from traveling to a control IC and allows reduction in size and cost. SOLUTION: In the output control device 1, a switching transistor chip 3a is disposed on the front side 61 of a die pad 6 and a control IC chip 4a is disposed on the back side 62 of the die pad 6. The die pad 6 is electrically connected to a lead terminal 7b connected to a ground (GND). A gate electrode 31 and an output electrode 41 is connected to the lead terminal 7g.
