PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely maintain a pulling-out section of a lead wire in a water proofing structure for a long period after assembling an package case while manufacturing at low costs and mass production. SOLUTION: In a battery pack, a battery assembly 50 where a battery core pack 10 is stored in a waterproof bag 3 is housed in a package case 4. A connector 15 is connected with the core pack 10 via a lead wire 8, the lead wire 8 is pulled out from a lead wire pulling-out section 3Y of the waterproof bag 3. The lead wire pulling-out section 3Y is blocked in a watertight structure by filling up a sealing agent 19 in an inserting gap 18. The package case 4 includes: a first case 4A having a battery storage section 40 and setting up a fitting temporary-fixing section 51 temporarily fixing the connector 15 at a fixed location and the battery assembly 50 at a fixed location; and a second case 4B connected with the first case 4A. In the battery pack, the lead wire pulling-out section 3Y of the waterproof bag 3 is waterproof with the sealing agent 19 at a watertight state while the connector 15 and the battery assembly 50 are temporarily fixed at the fixed location of the first case 4A.
