PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casing fixing mechanism for the charger of electronic equipment that achieves proper holding force, using a simple structure and facilitates attachment/detachment of electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The casing fixing mechanism 1 has a hook part 11a, constituting a part of the side face of a storage part 7, and a claw part 29a constituting a part of a housing part 15 of the storage part 7. The hook part 11a has a hook 13a provided on the inner wall and a hook contact part 21b protruding from the inner wall. The end face 23a of the hook contact part 21a is formed into a tapered shape. The claw part 29a is provided at a cutout part 27a of the housing part 15. The end face 35a of the claw part 29a is formed into an inverted tapered-shape. When the casing 53 moves in the direction of C1 while being held, the casing 53 is brought into contact with the claw part 29a so as to push down the claw part 29a and to allow the end face 23a, to move on the end face 35a in a direction of D1.
