PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge and an image forming device for attaining the environmental protection by energy-saving, and to further provide a cartridge regenerating device capable of reusing the cartridge. SOLUTION: In an ink cartridge 10, when a storage element block 10B exists in a first position, a storage element 10a exists in a rewritable position from an external part, and a used display color part 10p is hidden by a casing 10f, and is not displayed outside. When the storage element block 10B exists in a second position, the storage element 10a exists in an unrewritable position from the external part, and the used display color part 10p can be visually observed through used display windows 10w1 and 10w2.
